Food and Beverage Selection
Your menu selection and beverage requirments need to be confirmed with the Club no later than 10 business days prior to the event. No food or beverage may be brought onto or taken from the Club property by any number or their guests without prior approval. If a dessert is brought in for a party, there will be $1.00 per person service charge.
For non-member events, deposits may be required at the time of booking. A deposit of $5 per person is required.
Advance Deposits will not be refunded on any functions cancelled fewer than 60 days prior to the function unless a similiar function can be booked in its place.
Absolutely no item(s) may be tacked or pinned to the walls, ceiling, or woodwork of the Club. All decorations must be approved by the Manager in advance of the date of the function. Any damages that may result from not adhering to this policy will be charged to responsible party or their member sponsor.
Liability and Property
Propery of the Club or of any Club member or of the family or guest of such member which is destroyed, lost, or damaged by a member or by any other person shall be paid for by the responsible person or person in charge of the event.
The Club shall not be liable or responsible for the destruction, loss of, or damage to property, of any kind whatsoever, of a member, guest, visitor, or contracted service provider using the Club facilities.
